Can add some advice and reviews for ST rooms in Pattaya.
Please add your expertise 
Soi 13/1 Yamotto has many.
Some better and some very cheap...
First the cheapest is the (in)famous PS Guesthouse
has rooms for night or month also.
At time of writing 120b an hour for fan, 200b for AC.
Long time 200 and 300b each. month price im not sure.
This is the cheap and just clean enough to pass, but lowest price.
AC usually works, lol
No hot water though. and some rooms don't have water gun next to toilet, so please check it out first if you need that or your LB.
Phenix bar
Nice rooms. They sometimes use the LT rooms so you have everything.
Clean space, nice beds, good bathroom with hot water, fridge, AC and fan
200b an hour at time of writing.
Its a ladyboy bar, so that's a plus too.
The house AKA love time inn
Famous ST rooms. not big, but nice inside. clean, good bathroom and bed. AC only no fan or window.
200b an hour
Also a ladyboy bar.
George and the dragon bar
Decent rooms with AC and Fan, hot shower, bathroom is good.
200b ST
LT gone up from 400 to 500b
For Soi 13/1 AC rooms and a much better experience; I recommend the Phenix bar or The House.
There are a lot of other options too, havent tried all of them. similar prices.
For cheap n dirty quickie lol, with fan room, PS gueshouse still the cheapest.
It's usually ok, just not my first choice.

280b up to 380B ST or thereabouts at this time.
Haven't been in awhile.
Bigger rooms, soft beds, mirrors next to bed can watch. AC, good bathroom with hot water
TV with porn channels. Sometimes lb porn. Japan and thai.
Can get KY and condoms etc... downstairs.
It's a nice experience.
Sometime AC doesn't start right away, lol, not sure why, it's a thing.
The rich house on 3rd road:
Has a nice room. hot water, AC, TV.
Cant recall the price. similar to full love inn.
Viva:
Porn channels. nice room, some have baths, hot water, AC, soft bed, mirrors on the roof in some rooms are a nice touch
