You can get reliable generic Viagra, Cialis, etc. at any Thai pharmacy. Avoid buying stuff off the street, and look for their license, It should be hanging on a wall. The best price on the other hand would require shopping around, but it will certainly be less expensive than your home country, unless you are covered by a drug plan.

I would recommend the pharmacy next to Majestic Suites on Sukhumvit. Next to Nana,soi 4. They have always provided good generic stuff (as well as the original Viagra) on my visits in LOS.

thanks for the input. I just think that like everywhere, people in business now see screwing the customer as good business and will take any shortcut to profit they can.  Meaning that some pharmacies probably have the same crap they sell on the streets. I know in the past some guys post they like one over another. But is the Rx guy says it, I feel better.  Price is not so much the point as quality.

I wouldn't say any Thai pharmacy. In my experience the big chain pharmacies like Boots and Watsons won't sell it to tourists without a prescription.

Independent pharmacies, as far away from tourists spots as you can reasonably get, are your best bet.

Also be suspicious if the cleck retrieves the pills from their own bag or a location behind the counter that looks like a hiding spot away from the other meds. Like a junk drawer behind the counter.

That's a good indicator of them selling you something "off the books". I've noticed that I've gotten the best quality Sidegra when the pharmacist asks me to sign a ledger for the purchase.

I've also never suspected that the 50mg Sidegra tablets I've purchased are cheap counterfeits. The 100mg Sidegra tablets seem to be the ones counterfeiters make most often.

I've purchased 100mg Sidegra in Patong, Phuket from that pharmacy on Bangla near Red Hot Bar and found them to be ineffective.

Around tourists locations the price for four tablets of 100mg Sidegra is usually 800baht.

I found I could buy four 50mg tablets in Kathu or Phuket Town for 250 baht and four 100mg tablets for 500 baht.

I don't know much about buying it in BKK but my instincts tell me to get the hell away from Sukhumvit to buy it. In my opinion, be it in a store or on the street you are most likely to be overcharged and/or sold counterfeits the closer you are to Nana Plaza. Of course I'd never buy it from a street vendor anywhere.

Hop on the BTS or MRT and go to another section of the city is my recommendation.

hmmm, usually I go to a place on Thong Lor at Suk. What you say DOES make a lot of sense tho. I like Cialis but it's pricey. Wish I could still find it in gel.

I have little doubt that you can buy legitimate generic meds in Sukhumvit. In my experience, whenever I've bought pills that didn't do anything, it was from a big tourist area. It is also where I noticed them retrieve the pills from a bag tucked away in a drawer that contained staplers, pens and other office supplies.

I'm just wary of buying it in touristy areas because it is so much less likely that they will ever see you again if they sell you sugar pills from a counterfeiter. And they know that they will have a steady stream of farangs to sell it too.

I just think the odds of buying sugar pills, or something worse are lower in a neighborhood that doesn't contain numerous brothels and thousands of farangs.

In Thailand the gel form that you'll most likely find is Kamagra. It is a generic made in India, While the tablet form of Sidegra is made in Thailand.

Sidegra contains sidenafil as the active ingredient and so does Kamagra.

I've never used the gel, but I think the advantage would be that it gets into your bloodstream faster. Especially if you put on or under your tongue.

When I take Sidegra it is common for me to get heartburn so I usually take a Zantac with it.

Cialis 5mg is my preferred pill, but I've only seen it in the States and it is expensive. It is usually prescribed to as a low dose daily pill for enlarged prostate but it also tackles erectile dysfunction. I was able to stretch my supply by taking it every other day with the same results.

I'm pretty sure they have Cialis in Thailand as Apcalis. Bout 5 yrs ago or so one could find it as a gel pack. I think I paid 1000 for 4 my last trip.  I go to the same pharma every year. And yeah, it is good for 2 days, occasionally I'd swear it helped on the 3rd ! I know one thing...black ant king off a sidewalk is shit. ETGOH swore by it, dunno where he was getting it, I think strolling street sales, biggest crap shoot I can imagine.

Never heard of it, but if that is what it is called it sounds like some Chinese herbal concoction.

probably, you can google it. Seems to have "some" viagra in it.  The claims are ridiculous. bigger longer stronger, able to leap tall buildings in a single squirt

The gal at the counter was chatty and claimed they really aren't supposed to sell it to farangs, but everybody does.

I have no idea if that is an accurate statement.

Yep, it is. ED meds are in same position than steroids, they are kind of "illegal" but everyone sells them anyway. TIT.
