I watched part of that movie once, never got to see the whole movie. I saw her in Japan doing exhibition matches once, and thought she had an interesting story, the Japanese talk shows loved her. I don't think Nong Toom was ever involved in P4P, but I'm not sure.

Her Wiki page says she runs a boxing school now.

There was a couple of other Muai Thai boxing LBs that used to hang around Nana Plaza, but I can't remember their names.

Spyder Rocket - "Lights Out" Janet in the video below used to work in Cascade/Charades - I've heard reports she still drops in the bar a few times.

 

 

Her nickname came about as a couple of drunken Australian punters visited the bar - not knowing it was an lb go go. When they found out they became abusive to the ladies. Janet took prompt action and knocked one out, with the other one dragging out his unconscious friend. This happened a number of years ago.

 

She's also claimed to be related to Nong Toom - I'm not sure how accurate this is as lbs use the term "sister" liberally.

It doesn't pay to be rude to anyone in Thailand, but to start harassing LBs inside a bar full of them is full blown stupidity.

Janet isn't the one I was thinking of, but I'd imagine there are quite a few LBs that did a little boxing during their adolescent years.

The gal I was thinking of used to wear her hair in corn rows and was wiry thin and tall, not muscular like Janet.
