The only time I've ever worn a condom whole getting sucked was in a hostess bar in Japan...in the 80's. Every other time, I've dived-in...to her mouth, that is...without a condom.

I am aware that sucking ladyboy cock carries inherent risks. I understand herpes, gonarrhea, and other various and sundry critters can be passed along on the tip of a ladyboy penis. I have never insisted the LB wear a condom for me to suck her cock and only had one ask me to before she sucked mine. I guess I've been lucky too because I haven't caught anything yet.

 

And I do like the occasional bottom with the right LB but never, never BB. It does worry me when I go doggy and can't see, though. Only went bb a few times early on, the last time was about 2 weeks into my first trip, with a post-op ladyboy who was working in Windmill, and had fooled them (and me).  Manager was surprised because she had never gone with a customer, obvious afterwards why, of course I didn't care much that she turned out to be a lb. Thought I would post some information from a reliable source on the risks for oral sex. The risk varies from the type of infection and the circumstances of who is giving and receiving, but please don't think oral sex is free from risk.

This is from Brown University and I think it is concise and written in a manner that most people will actually read.

Can I get an STI from oral sex?

Yes, STIs can be transmitted during unprotected oral sex. Not using a condom, dental dam, or other barrier puts both partners at risk. This means that performing and receiving oral sex puts you at risk. Some STIs are more likely to be transmitted during oral sex than others, including:

Herpes
Herpes is transmitted by skin-to-skin contact with a developing or existing sore. The virus can be transmitted from mouth to genitals if the person giving oral sex has or is developing a cold sore. It can also be transmitted from genitals to mouth if the person receiving oral sex has or is developing a genital sore.

Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea is transmitted when bacteria are present in body fluids. A person giving oral sex can get a gonorrhea infection of the throat if their partner has gonorrhea.

HPV
HPV is transmitted through skin to skin contact and can be transmitted from the vagina, penis or anus to the mouth or vice versa. The risk for HPV-related oropharyngeal cancers (cancers of the throat, tonsils and base of the tongue) is believed to be linked to the number of oral sex partners that someone has had.

Syphilis
Syphilis can be transmitted through performing or receiving oral sex. The painless sores and other symptoms of this infection can be subtle, particularly in the mouth, so it is fairly common to be unaware of an infection.

HIV/AIDS
For the person receiving oral sex, there's little chance of contracting HIV, although it's difficult to pinpoint when HIV has been transmitted because people rarely engage in only one type of sexual activity. In the case of fellatio (oral sex on a man), the HIV virus theoretically could gain entry from the mouth to the opening on the tip of the penis, or through an open cut or lesion on the penis. If you receive oral sex, however, you mainly expose yourself to saliva, which has negligible concentrations of HIV.

For the cunnilingus (oral sex on a woman) recipient, the chance of HIV transmission is also low, although the entire vagina is a mucous membrane through which, theoretically, the virus can be transmitted. A woman receiving cunnilingus is more at risk of getting herpes or gonorrhea from her partner than HIV.

The risk of HIV infection is greater for the partner who performs oral sex. A person performing oral sex on a woman should avoid it during her period, for menstrual blood can carry the HIV virus. Research presented at the 7th Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in February of 2000 concluded that 8 of 122 cases in an HIV-transmission study were possibly attributable to performing oral sex on a man. Of these 8 infected people, some reported having had recent dental work or having cuts in their mouths, suggesting that HIV transmission by oral sex is associated with cuts, lesions, or irritation of the tissues in the mouth.

Other STIs that can be transmitted through oral sex, although less commonly, include:

Hepatitis B
Chlamydia
Chancroid

I always use a condom for vaginal, and anal sex.

But I've had oral sex plenty of times without a condom, it is a risk that I knowingly accept sometimes.

I've slowed down a lot in the last few years, but I am amazed that I never caught anything in my 30s because I was very active outside of P4P and had a lot of unprotected sex with females.

In the Thai P4P scene or any other P4P scene, a place like Nana Plaza is extremely high risk.

Just thinking of the amount of people moving through there from all parts of the globe, puts a damper on the thrill of sex as much as condom does.

At least the condom offers some protection, so I use condoms.

You are very unlikely to get HIV from unprotected oral sex but other STDs are quite common.

I've personally got:

- a non-gonoccal UTI in my penis from receiving a blowjob (could have been GG or LB)

- gonorrhea in my penis from receiving a blowjob (almost certainly from GG)

- gonorrhea in my throat from giving a blowjob (from LB or boy)

- herpes on my face from cunnilingus with a girl

I personally use a condom 100% for anal and vaginal but never for oral. I'm also less likely to let them come in my mouth than I used be although I can't claim 100% compliance with that one, sometimes in the heat of the moment it happens. I also choose not to receive anal penetration very much even with a condom which is 100% down to the HIV risk as I do like it. Looking over my current visit I've had two LBs up my ass, the first one I was tied up at the time and she was very insistent on fucking me, the second time it was a matter of being spit roasted by two of them.
