A passenger plane has been escorted into Manchester Airport (UK) by a Royal Air Force Fighter Jet

 

Qatar Airways Flight QR 23 from Doha has landed safely after Greater Manchester Police says Pilot received information about possible device on board plane.

 

 Manchester Airport has been re-opened after all Flights in and out of the Airport were suspended for 25 minutes

 

Armed Police have  boarded the plane at the end of the runway, they have detained and taken away one male passenger, all the others are still on board
