Seems that there were good times last night. I had planned a visit but, as I and a friend had a beer in Bangla my health once again showed why I need to take it easy and as a good boy I went home and rested. Did see Was and another girl duely dressed on Bangla advertising for the show. Might drop by tonight.

Tuesday Night

 

 An awesome night. Really good fun. My thanks to the BMs that made it.

 

 As i arrived at 10.30 (a bit late due to a slow-moving LB in the loom), the place was packed, and i had a job finding a seat

 Delighted to see Pond back !

 

 Reading between the lines, the farm isn't doing so well at the moment ( poor rice harvest due to the cold weather, and probably haven't been paid the subsidy either).

 

 Whatever the reason, she's welcome back any time. A sweetheart Glamazon!

 I think the second show, at midnight, was even busier than the first. They were even sitting on the floor in front of the stage!

 It got a bit messy for me after that, with BMs lining up the Vodka Tonics for me.

 I remember getting a drubbing at the pool table by a regular aussie BM who told me the score was the same as the Ashes result.

 Another British humiliation!

 

 The same aussie hilariously tried to give a new BM (from Germany) a lesson in aussie-speak, late on:

 

 " Excuse me but i'm a little bit tipsy and will retire to my room"  was translated to:
 

  "Oi'm fakked. Oi'm outta here!"

 I took her from Club 131 when she was just 18. I very clearly remember her taking my arm as we walked down 2nd Road with her towering over me. An unforgettable experience.

Was there again yesterday, twice. Once with a straight mate to see the 10.30 show (we left after about 30 min) and then again at about 00.45, think Jimbo had left by then, shame wanted to buy him a drink, rang the bell instead. Had a very good time and will be back 😃

Boats seem to be sinking every week, Nikka. And the sea is flat calm!

I intend to organise a boat trip later in the year, and i'll be taking extra care that the captain is responsible and has enough life jackets!

 

Let me know, I'd be interested to come aboard 'captain'

 

Mid to late April would be ideal!
