Ladyboys have surgery to make themselves happy, and it doesn't have anything to do what others think. The very nature of a ladyboy makes her more self consciousness about her appearance. Most often will try anything to make themselves feel more beautiful.

 

As for dangerous, yes it can be, but certainly that won't stop them, other procedures such as loose silicone injections are far more problematic and dangerous, yet ladyboys and ts from many countries persist in this practice.

I think those who start down the road of cosmetic surgery often get hooked on the idea of it more than anything else. That isn't just ladyboys, but people from all walks of life sometimes get drawn into a physiological trap of what cosmetic surgery can do for their self image.

Not unlike those who get hooked on tattoos, they get one, then another, and another....

Reality is often perception in the minds of the patient.

If I perceived cosmetic surgery as being able to make me look 10 years younger, I would probably do it.

However, I currently perceive plastic surgeons as only having the ability to turn a 45 year old into a weird looking 42 year old.

I totally agree, Rx.  If it makes her happy, that's great, although Spyder is probably right about the addictive nature of plastic surgery.  I would have preferred that Angel not have the implants, but it makes her happy, so ...

Yes it is true, we must respect the choice if it make her happy but according me sometimes it's too much.

Me too, I prefer Nancy before all the changes.

Gotta say that regardless of old and new Nancy I still find her an amazing girl who I have been lucky to spend a lot of time with recently both in Patts and BKK.

is Nancy an enthusiastic top? Matters more to me than the looks. You can look at em all you want, but if they go thru the motions then put out their hand, yer fooked.
