Snapped this guy on Dongtan Beach Road, Jomtien.
I was amazed that he would venture out like that.
He was obviously a newbie. I had to restrain myself from telling him:
You shouldn't go around like that, you'll get sunstroke.
For your health's sake, wear a hat or use a parasol!
