November is looking good quite a few good BMS out at that time. Should be a blast.

Quick update

68 Tickets, of the 150, have gone already

48 to the participating bars
2 to organizers
5 to attending sponsors who have already paid
2 to attending sponsors yet to pay
11 Sold

Some bars are already reserving tickets for cutomers/friends who have requested one.

We have not even got the printed tickets yet. Thursday, 5th July, both the tickets and Bar posters will be collected from the printers.
Participating bars will display the poster, promoting the event, and will have limited tickets on sale.

Looking good this end, Rossco:

7 tickets sold, and a growing wad of cash for the causes.

Our party is now 12 strong, including several supporters. If you wish to travel with us i need to know by early october, as it looks like i'm going to have to book a bigger bus or another minibus for the airport transfers.

I think huckel meant this Jim. That you wrote both Saturday & Sunday are on the 27th. Though you would be flying back on the Sunday 28th
