Do not arrange anything upfront, especially not through e-mail or internet. Chemistry between you is important. You may arrange something and then realize in the room that the LB is not up to your expectations. Better go to a bar, invite a LB to have a drink with you, see if she matches your expectations. If not, politely thank her when she finishes her drink and invite someone else. When you see you click with th LB, start to negotiate the price and the performance in bed, then barfine her if you agree.

I do not intend to arrange anything upfront, but in case of some unexpected hurry, and in my case that's well possible, I do want to have a couple of options. Really like her pics, just curious if anyone here knows her.

Don't sweat the small stuff, even the first time entering Cascades and witnessing the sheer breathtaking volume of talent is an experience not to be missed.
Your hotels are used to their customers and their guests so no problems there.
You won't have any problem finding a nice girl but don't be afraid to say "no thanks" if it isn't what you want.

Learn to walk before you run my friend, but if you have the equipment and confidence then that would be a hell of a way to break the duck
Now for the next week research, stay away from dating sites and contacting any LBS you may have already, relax, dot the i's and cross the t's and enjoy when you are there.....
