Over the past year I've seen Mint a couple of times at Horny Bar on Soi 6, but she does not work there. I don't go there that often either and I've never bothered her as I'm certain she's more jaded than any farang could be about the scene. Most likely she's just catching up with a few friends when she visits Pattaya.
I just wish someone would get a decent dinner inside her on a regular basis. But, as goodenough said above, if you're desperate for her then a decent chunk of Baht could be a good persuader. Horny Bar is also under new ownership and management now as of about a month ago, so the frequency of her appearances may well diminish unless she has other friends there too. It is still a ladyboy bar and as far as I know all the girls remained on staff.
