Here's a new picture of me after my "getting fit for Pattaya" regimen where I've blurred my face to show how easy it is to use iPhoto. I merely import the photo into iPhoto, click on "edit" then "retouch" then swirl the paint brush over the area I want to obscure, and - Wala!

Although you cannot add watermarks using iPhoto (I use Picasa as well if I want to add text) you can easily edit out facial details using the standard Apple photo editor "iPhoto".
