I just came across this useful piece of free software. Just install it on your machine, and if it gets stolen you can activate it and get the location of your property. It has many features including taking photos of the thief and locking down your equipment so it cannot be used etc. Maybe some of you have used it before, any reports?

I was almost expecting to see a punch line on this one, but this looks like a great service.

The big question is will local authorities pursue its return for you or are you on your own in retrieving your property.
