I am only wondering if there is a possibility to pay just a one-time-fee to be able to get a membership for a month without having the reoccuring payment every month?
Or, how would I do it to only be a member for a single month without having to manually end my subscription?
I've had problems with this before... where I join for a month and then discontinue the service but still get charged on my creditcard...

The issues you're describing are unfortunately common place with subscription websites, particularly porno.
A great deal of money is made by websites and affiliates because of this exact problem, or by subscribers forgetting to cancel. They don't want to make cancelling easy, so you'll just have to accept it, I'm afraid.
Before joining ANY subscription website (that you haven't joined and cancelled before) always check and ensure there is a usable and clear cancellation process and that you can find out where it is and how to do it before subscribing. Some hide it very well and make it awkward on purpose.
Cross-sales: Be very careful of cross-sales (subscribing to more than you intended), and always read the small print and verify that checked or unchecked boxes are for the decisions you want. Commonly they are pre-checked in favour of a cross-sale.
Exotic Gold (LB-69, LongMint, eXtremeLadyboys etc.) are definately one of the better ones and do play fair.

So there shouldn't be a problem to join(Exotic Gold) for a month and see what's inside and after that deciding on cancelling or keeping the subscription?
