I am flying to Bangkok on the April 1st until 4th. That would be my 5th (or 6th?) time going to Bangkok. But I haven't been to Pattaya. I know what I am about to ask is a bit subjective but in terms of Ladyboys, which is better? and safer?

In NEP, I had terrific experience with girls at Cascade and Temptations, and an OK time with Obsession and Casanova bar. How about in Pattaya? I tend to get 'scary' reviews about Ladyboys in Pattaya. I'd like to hear advise and reccomendations from you fine gentlemen.

But several sites states that we should avoid those in the walking streets... should i stick to the ladyboy goo goo bars? How about a hotel that is withing 1000bht -1500bht per night hotels that you guys reccomend?

if you were having negative experiences in BKK in Nana because of the pressure then this will be a little less in Pataya (not on walling street though) but if you are looking for relaxed atmosphere then definitely Phuket is your place to be ... and specially C&D and Soi Croc although the number of LB's are larger in BKK and Pataya.

So try to define what is important for you and make your choice.

There are as well airplanes flying from pataya to Phuket or BKK so you can make a roundtrip between BKK/Pataya/Phuket.

Yes, as the matter of fact I had horrible experience in Patpong and several goo goo bars in BKK. (not necessarily ladyboy bars tho). What i am looking for this trip is purely on ladyboys n occasional tanned skin girl wouldn't hurt as well.

If pattaya is cheaper and more relaxed than BKK.. then I won't mind going there. Penthouse hotel in Pattaya any good? I assume pattaya is cheaper than BKK in terms of ST or LT costs..

p/s : Sandi is based in pattaya?

Well I wouldn't stay there for free and not one senior member from this website chooses to.

Loads of great inexpensive hotels in Pattaya both a higher standard and much better appointed than the Penthouse.

You could go into the Accommodation and Travel section of this site and read the LB FRIENDLY PATTAYA HOTELS thread pinned at the top of the first page. There are also individual reviews and comments on some hotels.
