If you type the word "Patong" into the search feature on the forum, you will return a number of threads discussing particular locations for ladyboys in Patong Beach, Phuket.
By March, the rush of tourists would have subsided and you will have no trouble finding loads of talent. Your biggest problem will be who to take home with you on any given night !
With regard to your query;
Not sure exactly what you mean, but basically anything is possible, particularly if the price is right !
I once had a girl I met in Koh Samui turn up at my hotel in Pattaya to see me.
