Hi Guys,
I'm new to the LB scene but would love to share a holiday with that special LB in Phuket. Can anybody recommend a Hotel or apartment that doesn't mind LB's a guests. Any hotel recommendations with pools would be appreciated.

Hi Justme,

As a general rule hotels don't really care whether you come home with a girl, guy, ladyboy or goat ! When you book, make sure you specify a twin or double room, as if you only request a single room they may try to extract a joiners fee later. The majority of hotels will require your "ladyfriend" to leave their ID card at reception. This is just standard practice, and really is a good measure.

Not sure what your budget is, or whether you require 5 star accommodation ?
However, a couple of hotels you may wish to investigate further are;

Sand Inn - 171 Soi San Sabai, Rat-U-Thid 200 Years Road, Patong Beach, Kathu District, Phuket ( Room starting at around 700 Baht / night) * budget style accomm., great location with a pool

The Royal Paradise Hotel - 135/23 Rat-U-Thit 200 Years Road, Patong, Kathu Phuket 83150 Thailand ( Rooms starting at 1600 Baht / night )* 4 star accommodation, great location with a pool

Cheers

Hi Koykaeng

I have stayed 6 months ago at the Holiday INN pool villas and they were excellent rooms allowing a midnight dip outside the room with my ladyboy friend around 2am - what fun

the only thing was that it is a very family oriented hotel and did seem like to embarrassing in the morning if she didn't leave before 6am !

i am really trying to find a good standard ( 5 star ideally) but with the patong location and more privacy and less family tourist groups. Any thoughts for an alternative ?

cheers

Hi Soapy,

This is a difficult one, firstly because Phuket is such a family orientated destination, and secondly given your requirement for 5 star accommodation. As the quality of the accommodation increases, you tend to attract more families and married couples, so it becomes harder to find what you are looking for.

Will investigate a few options and come back to you via the forum !

Cheers

Guys
had a couple of nights in the baan yin Dee hotel and also in Avantika .

Both nice places but Avantika was great - wireless broadband as well as very accommodating guest policy ( zero hassles from both hotels but easier in Avantika)

will definoitely go back to Avantika next time , ( which has slightly cheaper rates in www.latestays.com ) Not cheap but overall experience was great

cheers
