Taking into consideration your original post and your desire to order in, I'd recommend staying in Bangkok.

There are plenty of Bangkok girls that operate via escort agencies, or you could join LB-69 and get contact details for all the models.

Can't see why you'd bother heading to Pattaya if you have no desire to leave your room.
