Hi guys - I will be in Thailand for business in February and was wondering if the board could give me a general idea(s) on where to go to meet LBs. Any recommedations on individual LBs that I should meet (being a first timer) would be great.

There is plenty of information contained within this forum with regard to specific bars & areas to meet ladyboys in Thailand.
may I suggest that you browse the forum, or better still use the search function to get you started.
