In terms of weather these months are simply the best however, many other tourists share that view so things can get a little crowded especialy the first two weeks of January.

These 3 month are nearly the best from weather. It's cool season and the temperatures are not so high, also very sunny. But they start to be more higher normally at the end of february.
For Bangkok absolutely the best month. There always full season.
But for Pattaya the best time is from April to June. Okay is very hot but after Songkran the most bars are really without many farang and you can choose all the models you ever want.
