I need info for good and not expensive, LB friendly hotel in manila and Cebu. I am about to visit PH in Januari.

When you in Manila, stay at Makkati area, especially S. Burgos street is good for punters purposes, not expensive, safe and lots of gals and ladyboys around. Cebu is more complicated, Marriot and Waterfront is good hotels but bit expensive, for more simple options check the Net. Anyway all of them are guest friendly. Just to mention, Cenu can looks like a ghost town on week deys, make sure you arriving for the weekend fun.
