but all depends on how long they have had the stock, so i always go to the busyiest cart.
Thats a good rule of thumb Stevie. Its amazing how long they leave meat out. You'll see a chicken hanging from a cart all day or go to a market and see beef sitting out for who knows how long. I always steer clear of fish thats been on a cart sitting out.
I have lived in two different BKK neighborhoods and found my favorites and was regular customer. Also paid Thai prices with my lb in tow.
