i will be making my first ever trip to thailand on the 18th-23rd of OCT. my friend recomended the La Residance Hotel to stay in. i so desperately want to have some fun with lb never had one before. are there any lb bars near this hotel? any recomendations i would greatly appreciate it.

This hotel is within 1/2 km of Patpong, so an easy walk to there. There is a LB (pre-op and post-op) there called KC3 (short for King's Castle 3). Note that there other "King's Castle" properties ( One & Two, I think). If you entered Patpong from the Surawong Road side (same road your hotel is on/near) then KC3 would be on the right hand side maybe half-way up the street; KC3 is a street-level bar so if you've gone up any stairs you're in the wrong place. Note that Nana Entertainment Plaza (NEP) has 3 or 4 LB bars, and is a short taxi ride away. NEP is also easily accessible by the BTS (Skytrain) which runs until 12 midnight.
