In Pattaya, so I believe from my Ex thai wife, most of the so called gay bars have men working who are not gay, they offer a full range of services for ladies for a price. I think one of her favotites was down Boys Town off Pattaya 2nd road. I think it was one of her favorites as she spent a lot of her time and a lot of my money down there. There is also a hotel, the name of which I have forgotten for now which is down Boys Town where I believe the expat ladies go. Never tried it myself as it is just men, not ladyboys.
