Hi Wotan,
Read alot of mixed reports about this hotel, some guests have said it's not guest friendly and have had to pay a 500 baht joiner fee, others say as long as you book and pay for a double room, there's no problem.
Not sure specifically about LB's but most hotel don't really differentiate between girls & ladyboys as such.
Worth noting however is the feedback I've read about the hotels position being away from all the action, and a little too far from BTS Skytrain, you end up spending alot on taxi's.
Personally if I had the option, I would consider staying elsewhere !
