Slappy i just found out today that blue ice is selling at 4.5 millobht
the owner will not lease the bar again he only want to sell it the

frenchmens lease runs out in 3 months time and he wont renew and also they were only paying 30kbht rent a month so that idea is finished but ill keep looking there bound to be other ones.

if you need an expert in thai-bars....i know a portugise guy with a lot of experience...

Damm I still have a bridge to sell you guys its currently now in the US but I'm sure given the right price I can have it shipped to thailand.

WTF give me a break .. talk about alot of complete crap.. I'm actually serious if this is the best you can come up with as ideas and you believe you know thailand than I can suggest perhaps you post to the new forum called "I'm a walking ATM and here to be raped."

Now if this is all tongue in cheek fine but for any posting that are serious dont EVER dream of telling me you have any idea about thailand because your full of the brown stuff!!

I heard they were paying that alone in protection money alone every month to BIB.

Just to keep my hard copy of Kliome's map current (which is already covered in whiteout), Obsessions which is next to Kitten Club in Pattayaland 2 is also a ladyboy venue, yes???

Obsessions and Cascade bars are both in Nana Plaza (Bangkok)

Udrees, Aquarii is right, there is another Obsessions opened in Pattaya (part of the Kitten Club). Apparently they paid for the right to use the name to the Obsessions owner in Bkk, but no other affiliation.

i not mention the protection money from bib some the members not like that yes u are right and also there was other payoffs as well but the basic rent was 30kbht most bars in pattaya are like that u can rent from 15-40kbht but where it hits u is the protection money
and if u dont pay they simply close u down i hear thats what happen at lita so ive been told and that bar is up for rent as well. i can get that one not a problem but it a little bit small but it did use to get busy there i been sevral times there
