Does a post-op LadyBoy still ejaculate prostate fluid when she has an orgasm?

I am just assuming that in the sexual re-assignment surgery, that there is no good reason to remove her prostate gland. So, if she keeps her prostate, and if she is brought to orgasm, does she ejaculate prostate fluid? If so, where does it go? Is the plumbing re-routed to the inside of her man-made vagina? Since the prostate fluid accounts for well over 90 percent of the ejaculate (your balls contribute only sperm cells that are siphoned off by the sudden flow of prostate seminal fluid) it would seem like a post-op could shoot almost as much as a pre-op.

I have never played with a post-op LadyBoy, and in thinking about it, it sort of occurred to me that if I was eating her out good, and if I was massaging her prostate with an inserted finger or a nice butt-plug type vibrating sex toy, that she just might shoot loads – just as the pre-ops do in the same circumstance.

Any sex doctors want to educate me on this question?

I'm not a doctor, but i met few post op's that got wet during the foreplay. Regarding "cuming", I havent notice much fluids, i believe it's more "pure emotion". But I didnt really checked you know..:-)
