I was just wondering if you all know that Thailand is having a huge AIDS crisis on their hands now.I know for a fact that Thailand has as much people infected with HIV as Africa now and it's getting out of control. If you all want to sleep with lots of ladyboys that is your business, but please use protection because lots of americans go over to these asian countries and we all love Shemales,Ladyboys,etc.. and we don't even think about the risks.Last thing we want to do is get infected and bring HIV back home to the USA.Sex is all fine and dandy, just use protection so we can all keep the HIV/AIDS crisis under control.I myself have been HIV + since age 18 ( I am 33 now),but luckily,I am just a carrier and I have never been sick nor have I had any symptoms. So I know what I am talking about for sure. The laws in the USA are different.Over here in USA,Prostitution is illegial, over there in Thailand,Philippines, and Brazil (3 main countries that are knows for shemales/Ladyboys)..they are free to sleep with anyone they want to and HIV is not even in their minds.Thirs world coountries do not have the education that us Americans have about STD'S like HIV/AIDS..so again, this is why Thailand is having a huge AIDS crisis on their hands. All I am saying is use protection if and when you sleep with all these Ladyboys because 80 % of them are infected with HIV.

why are thinking that we do not use condom ?
where are you getting this number : "80% of them are +HIV" ? the ONU's OMS give 17%, including the gay and ladyboy communauty.

i will not debate on africa, where the crisis is very serious, i would recommanded you to be more careful about the situation in china or cambodia.

sorry to hear that you are +, good luck and take care !

ps : by law, prostituion is illegal in thailand (no joking  )

Agree with HaiTek about 17% confirmed gay infected, but as for ladyboys or general population I believe the figures are lower. What i do know from my own experience, need to be more careful in Chiangmai, due to heroin use in the past and present the AIDS is more common in that area. Anyway sorry to hear about you're positive, keep it ALIVE !!!
