I’ll be spending a couple of weeks in Phukett this year and I want to make sure I choose the right hotel/resort that is guest friendly (towards ladyboys) and don’t charge any joiner fee’s.

Phukett is notorious for charging joiner fees, so I wrote to a few hotels/resorts that I fancied and asked them a few questions

I started by asking them 3 questions.

(1) Are you guest friendly?

(2) My guests will be ladyboys, what are your policies on this?

(3)Do you have joiner fees?.

Here are there replies.....

Club Bamboo Resort,
I can assure you we are guest friendly and we do not discriminate on any basis.

Royal Paradise.
Wrote twice, never got a reply.

Patpong Villa
Ladyboys, no problem, and no joiner fee.

Deevana Patong Resort
ladyboys no problem, just leave ID at desk, and no joiner fee.

Diamond Cottages.
Wrote twice, never got a reply.

Patong Resort
Guests are welcome, but joiner fee 500 per person per night.

Duang Jitt Resort
We are friendly with all guests, but joiner fee of 1000 per person per night, you can avoid this by booking a room for two people.
Also you must advise the hotel when bringing a guest back.

Layan Beach Resort.
Joiner fee will be 1.500 per person per night.

Iv’e booked into the Deevana Patong resort, for 1.900, per night in a double deluxe room you get your own private Jacuzzi,

This relatively inexpensive place is very ladyboy friendly.
