Pumaxx, as I am Franck's partner in 131, I never heard Franck say he borrow money from you. But I could be wrong.

Wow, amazing reading back through this all from the distance of 5 years in the future. This fills in some of the gaps in my understanding of the scene "back in the day" but leaves more questions than answers.
Am I correct in understanding that before the promised "Batman Returns" party, Franck split town and left a lot of people with money owed? That he returned to points unknown but it was suspected back to Portugal, to deal with his heart condition? That he ripped off Batman, PamPamSam, and many others before leaving?
And that "PamPamSam" went on to open up La Bamba across the street from the location of Club 131, and moved the stable of girls over there? Alis then eventually became the "mamasan" of La Bamba, but Sam eventually closed the club in 2011 and there was a mysterious burglary and a lot of equipment was stolen, which curiously matched some equipment that suddenly appeared in a new bar that Alis started for a couple of months before it bit the dust? And that Nok then took over La Bamba for Sam later in 2011, and eventually Sam dropped out completely and as of 2012 it appears the license will be in Noks name?

Yes DT, that's about the size of it.
To this day Club 131 still remains in situ, even with that name over the door. People can say what they want about Franck, after all he is a total scallywag, crook and confidence trickster however, he went along way towards changing the face of the ladyboy scene in Pattaya from ideas he stole from Jay and Guess Bar in bringing a variation of that theme to Sin City.
