Thanks guys (Kliome and Waltz) to help me with this difficult matter
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort ...

Franck this is not a difficult thread.

Who is ON your payroll and who is not.

I tried to explain many times before that your diary confuses the shit out of everybody. Declare:

Your staff - those you pay monthly
Freelancers - those who visit looking for customers
Friends - those who visit as personal friends

I suggest that when you post a photo just say which category they are in. It is not detracting from your bar but makes it clear to visitors who is actually an employee (underwritten by you) and who is not.

If they are Freelance/friends you have NO obligation, personally, if there is a problem. If you employ them you do indeed have an obligation to make remedy in case of a problem. Remove the ambiguity.

You recently stated 21 LB's in your bar - an update on employees versus Freelancers/friends would help Forum members planning to visit. Honesty is the best policy in this situation. Useful new post from you in your diary.
