A few weeks ago a new forum member posted this link to a new hotel in Bangkok which simply has the most magnificent location so far as I and many others are concerned :lol:

Now, I adore the Dynasty Grande and to be honest as long as it's under 2500 Baht the cost is academic however, this place looks the real deal and have already been on to them and made a reservation whilst I also qualified that the establishment is Ladyboy friendly with no joiner fees.
I booked one of the King Size rooms at 1600 Baht per night.
There is no way it can be as good as DIG but... location, location, location :lol:

Remember seeing this place posted before, seemed too good to be true.

The rooms look great, but hard to work out how big the bedrooms are. Will await your report captain..

Unfortunately, the website - despite its visual appeal - fails to provide basic info about the rooms like: size, TV info, internet access, breakfast, etc.

So, I will also wait for the captain's report.

I think I know someone who stayed there - he seemed pretty impressed with it. At least Joy will know the way - she went with him !!!!!!

There is some more information that answers a few of the above questions under the hotel profile - high speed wireless internet connection (but no mention if it is free or pay), 23" televisions with satellite (probably UBC but is not specified) and says standard room facilities like breakfast.

Would be better to get a first hand report to verify all this. Certainly the photos look appealing!

looks very nice....i will indeed remember this hotel next time i visit BKK... :wink:

but i look forward to see your report..especially if it is LB friendly in reality...and not only when you ask pr. mail

but 1600 for this location and quality is very cheap :wink:

I went in to look around last time in BKK. I felt like there was a lot to be desired with the room I seen. I still haven't found anything in that neighborhood that beats Majestic Suites, similar price, totally lb friendly, no joiner fees, or limit on how many at one time, good breakfast included, and pool, spa facilities at the Majestic Grande 2 blocks away. Maybe I'm just spoiled from staying there so many times!
