I've done a bit of research on Yaba and as I understand it, it originated, of all places and times, from WWII in Germany where soldiers were given something similar so they could fight longer.
In the 70s Thai truck drivers took it so they could drive all night and at that time it was legal. Later on, it became illegal as it's effects, like haluccinations, increased pulse etc. could even cause death.
A point for us to note is that if the LB we're with is on a strong sustained dose of this, on one extreme, we could end up with a dead or comatose body in bed! Although, I must admit, it's a pretty slim chance, it's going to be pretty awkward to explain to Thai police the situation!
The best thing is to chat with the LB for a couple of minutes before making a decision to go to bed with her. Bloodshot eyes, being very talkative, not making sense in speech etc are some of the tell tale signs of drug abuse.

Sir, I admire your coming forth to report this LB and her theft of your possessions. Just remember that they only persecute in you the very thing that they fear in themselves. Anyone wanting to insult you in this manner would never do so to your face because they probably have had the shit kicked out of them before on account of their sassy mouth. MLAY, sir you are a stalwart sort to report this theft and warn others of possibly being done the same by this LB. Just be prepared when you post comments on this forum, there will be the gutless wonders that will hurl insults at you because you can do nothing to stop it. Guys Guys Guys... no need to fight over this topic. I think its valid to raise the theft. I also think its valid to be concerned for the girls welfare and the causes and effects of the sex trade.
