The main difference: Phuket is more expensive then Pattaya, the accomodations, the food, and probably the gals. Furthermore Phuket night life not alive 24 hours same in Pattaya. Regarding gals: easy to find and they are beautiful, the good thing less drug use and criminal activity amongs them. Bottom line: Phuket is fun, less now after Tsunami and in the middle of low season, but deffinitely worth a visit.

I was also looking at Phuket. The ladies at Cocktails&Dreams look really nice and friendly.

I hear the Lb's have been hardest hit on Phuket. I'm thinking of coming in September, the Orchid is quite cheap (around 600 standard).

Any advice ? Is it too quiet in September ? How's the weather down there that time. Also, have all the best Lb's gone up to Bkk after the tsunami ?

I know all aboue the Ladyboy scene in Pattaya however, i am thinking about having my first trip to Phuket.
How does Phuket compare to Pattaya ? :?

i mean where to go - main bars & streets, some recommended names, average barfines and st/lt rewards for LBs, where not to go...

Yes just do like the rest of us did trial and error. I don't know about you but I learn more after my mistakes.
