Hey guys. I went to Guess Bar on Friday and again next day (Yesterday).
I had a fantastic time there with the companion of the stunning beauties at this new place.
In spite of Jai is not available (I mean, to “go” with costumers), her lovely sister Jane and the other girls there are absolutely amazing. Great place to have a couple of drinks and relax for hours.
Luckily I’m not living in Bangkok, if not I’ll be there every single day…
No way to compare this bar with the noisy and busy regular places at Nana or Patpong.
The atmosphere, the comfort and all the involvement at this bar are a real temptation and in a few minutes you feel like you are at home.
My sincere congratulations Jai and I wish you all the best.
Franck

Just to add to this, dont forget Franck, this is of course the 'soft' opening where they are experimenting with lighting, air con levels, learning how to make a decent gin and tonic etc as well as running on less than half the full quota of LB hostesses. Come beginning of December things will keep clicking up a gear. I know she has already made some subtle changes and a picture gallery of girls is going up on one wall which should make for a nice touch.

I regularly have Jay on the phone to me in tears as she has gone through this preperation and furnishing of the bar. She has pretty much done everything herself and is still petrified that people wont come in big enough numbers - unfortunately like many people in their first business, the uncertainty plays a lot on their mind.

As everyone who has met Jay will testify to, she is an angel and thats why I think so many people are willing her on to be successful in this venture.

Cheers
Mardhi

Hi Mardhi
I know that you have a regular contact with Jai and you must give to her your full support, even if it is by phone.
I have enough experience to understand that in a new event’s beginning it’s always difficult to get many customers, but slowly and firmly I have no doubts that Jai will have a lot of regular customers.
It is a question of time and she must be Patient.
I’m positive sure that soon she has the reward of this venture.
Last night I take one friend with me; he had a great time there and for sure that he will be one of the “habitués” in the future, not only because of the beauties there, above all the way that they take care, with sympathy and charming.
Cheers,
Franck

Franck, I think the boys are looking for a field report from you. :D
I spent a lot of money on LB's in Nana Plaza, Patpong and Pattaya. The rest of the cash, I just squandered

I’m sorry Marirea but I’m not allowed to share my occurrences of what happened at Guess Bar (a question of principles  ).
However if I had return to the same place on the next day there is reason to believe that I really enjoy the bar ............. and the stunning “girls” there.
And of course that you should be prepare to face the best.
Cheers,
Franck

Ah, I work too much... But as soon as there is a hole in my schedule, I'll definitely pop down to have a look at the new venue. Just to support the local business of course...
