Apparently this is basically the "James Bar" which used to be located on the other side of the street in Soi 6.
I was curious myself, so asked a couple of the staff.
Didn't see anything incredible working there unfortunately.

Can't remember the name but thought it was called something other than James Bar..
Have only heard bad things about it an dthe girls who work there, although mostly from the Hi Boss gang. I get on with a few of the HB girls so havent' never wanted to offend them by paying it a visit, but hope someoen can at least give it some positive feedback.
