I never have been with a LB.

Well never!? Last year I could not tell if it was a LB or a girl. But I did not care (love to try something different) and took her to my hotel. But she was not allowed into the hotel (Eastiny place).

Is this common? Can somebody recommend hotels in Pattaya?

You are correct - the Eastiny and the Bella Vista (same owners) are NOT ladyboy friendly....

It was impossible for me to get a very well dressed, well mannered LB into the Bella Vista .... I even attempted a tried and true technique that works 99% of the time in Thailand - a bribe to the night manager ..... No luck ...

I have stayed in the Pattaya Centre Hotel a number of times and they are LB friendly - no problem.

I now stay at the Sandy Spring on soi 13 - really nice hotel - large rooms and really large patio with bay view .... No problems with guests ...

I think you will find that the great majority of hotels will not hassle you about LB guests - you just picked one of the few hotels that seem to be run by assholes ......

I'm staying at the Queen Victoria on Soi 6. No problems bringing a LB back.

You guys mean Bella Vista at soi 5 or 4? The new, nice decorated building? They have 2 more locations-one on soi 7 and another one on the Sukhumvit road just outside of Pattaya. I planned to stay there when next time in Pattaya, but now I'm wondering if it will be possible with all my LB guests going in and out every few hours.. :?:

I didn't realize that there might be more than one Bella Vista Hotel ...

The one that I'm referring to is actually between soi 7 and soi 8 on a little side soi that connects 7 and 8 ... If you were walking up soi 8 from the beach, you would go about 2/3 up the street about where the Sunshine Hotel is and make a left into this little side soi .... The Bella Vista is a small Hotel (about 5 floors) on the left side right past a small Beer bar complex ....

I liked the hotel - small, clean, great aircon, and inexpensive ....

BUT they certainly have a major problem with LB's .... After the incident that I described in my earlier post I checked out and went to the Sandy Spring ... More expensive, but also a lot more luxury - and LB friendly.

Yeah, I know the place. Parked the car once in front of it..:-) Last time I was checking another one from Bella Network, on soi 5 or 4, cant remember, very nice place with tropical garden near the pool etc. I hope this one will be LB friendly.

2 hotels We stayed during our trips in the last 6 months were totally Ok:
1. Penhouse hotel - Pattaya Land 1
2. Sunshine Hotel & Residences Soi 8 (BF till 12pm)
only about 1200B per day for double. You can book through Internet.

Penthouse is nice and authentic, however the rooms are damn small and the disco lights make you crazy after some time....
