I'm going to Tokyo later in the year. Does anyone know what the ladyboy scene is like in Japan, especially Tokyo and where can I find ladyboys there?
Thanks to anyone who can help

Depends what you want, how much you can afford, and how much of the language you can speak.
Aventure, near Akihabara, the computer/ electric goods area - is probably the best lb massage in the city - mixture of Japan and Pilipino lbs (called newhalf here) - some speak English.
Shinjuku 2- chome is the gay and CD/ TV area, many clubs such as Duo, Actress, Emi, Vivien, and nearby love Hotels to retire to after.
Bars can be expensive, esp. the hostess bars, such as Miss M, Da Vinci, and foreigners are often barred from entry.
Deli heru - few newhalf delivery health services will come to your room, but Japanese is needed, and a lot of crisp yen.
Numerous website if you can speak, read and write the language, but they are really for long-timers.
Totally different scene to the Land of Smiles. Anyone who lives here will find it better value to hop on a flight to BKK for the weekend, rather than pay for it here.

true, true. some very good points there dr.!
wasnt aware of some of those clubs but thanks for the info! what can you expect to pay for massage? doubt i'll be bothered to spend the ichimans though, just not worth it, and the idea of japanese lb doesnt really grab me- i can imagine it would be extremely complex and my jap. isnt good enough. youre right- id rather hop that jet to bkk for the weekend!
to anyone looking for the scene here, its not-(like everything else) what you'd expect- it seems to be a hidden world.
cheers,
