I am visiting Chatan Okinawa on Dec 21-22 and need a largely for my first experience. I want to go all out , need a well hung too who loves to play. I am clean.Is this possible?

The lb situation in Japan is very different than Thailand and most other countries. Here is an excellent thread by Spyder Rocket that explains the situation and how to meet newhalfs (the Japanese term for ladyboys). Japanese Newhalfs
It's also a great benefit if you can speak/read/write Japanese as most of these newhalf health centers, pubs, etc, cater for Japanese men, and only a few for foreigners.
