I'd love to hear back form anyone who has had an experience with the Why Not bar on soi 20. The girls on their Facebook page look totally hot. I've not been to a LB bar like this but the idea of sitting down and having a couple of beers chatting with one or more LBs without the doof doof blasting away in the background as you experience on the gogo bars seems very appealing

It's a great vibe.  Relaxed or hot, however you want it to be.  The 'girls' will give you as much, or as little, attention as you want.  If you just want to relax with a drink or two and some conversation, no problem and no pressure.
