Well that looks like a major change already, so many closed bars. Need to come to see what's going on there, just in case need to empty the bar of all the liqueur or something.

The expat that I got the story from about the HK/Singapore company's plan on redevelopment seems like a reasonable guy to me.
He only knows about it because supposedly the same company is building a hotel across the street from his shop.
According to him, this has been in the works for a couple of years and they have waffled on when to pull the trigger to begin construction before.

It is such a pitty that all the seafood restaurants are closed. All the places around C&D are dead now.
