Depends on where you are. In BKK, Pattaya and Phuket there are freelancers in many places. In Pattaya you can go to Insomnia there are many ladyboys but you still have to pay them.

Just jump on Craigslist and get a freelancer to meet you at a bar of your own choice. Simple

Go to check in bar Soi 7 lots of beauties there but again you have to pay - nothing is free in this life and these girls need to make a living too. Have fun and be safe.

Unless things have changed, Ladyboys are generally not allowed in Insomnia. You might be thinking of Marine Disco which is full of them.
As to the original question and Bangkok, Climax is probably the best option but LB's are few and far between. Climax is however a good club and has good live bands, so even if pull a blank on company, at least you'll be entertained looking. Otherwise regular bars like Chaos9 and Check-in bar probably a better bet. Find one you like and head to Climax with her would be my thought.

Nana Disco is no more. It has been changed to Equality Nightclub (or perhaps more recently EQ Nightclub).

The guy who asked, was asking about Insomnia in Pattaya. I'd agree the Bangkok version is much easier and have spent many an enjoyable night with a small posse of LB's at Insomnia BKK. However, out of choice, I'd still choose Climax due to the live entertainment and better crowd.
