99% of hotels and guesthouses are ladyboyfriendly in Thailand. Needless to restrict your search to websites dealing with ladyboyfriendly places.
Don't feel offended if they ask your guest to deposit her ID at the reception. It's better for your own safety.

Not really in Patong Beach. Several of the hotels apply a joiner fee, like La Flora (2000 baht joiner fee), Nap (1500), The Lantern (1000 baht), and ladyboys are totaly forbidden to enter the KEE Resort & Spa. As I see, you info is not up to date.

I didn't really understand your question.
However, my personal recommendation is AT9 hotel. Their Facebook page fits with what I experienced there 2 years ago.

I remember the safety asking for ID from my ladyboy at any time she would come in. As I asked the guard to let her coming without checking again he insisted that it was a part of the service and that it enhanced my own safety. 2 days later, I had an argument with Noopinky. Once I managed to make her leave the room without too much arguing and without violence, she stopped since she knew she was in a video monitored area.

I paid 600 baht per night, breakfast not included.
