Hello Boys and girls!
The news is that after some years in November I'll get back to LOS! I plan to spend some days in Chiang Mai and some in Patong.So,the question is,the LB scene and the general bar life changed much in the last tour years? The next question probably would be more appropriate in the "Outside Thailand" forum,but any of you know the scene,if there is any,in Myanmar?I'll go there (Yangon,Bagan,Inle Lake,Mandalay) before coming to LOS and I'd Like to try a local LB (or more than one).

Will be in LOS myself when youre around...but unfortunally not in the city`s you mentioned...

 

however both CM and Phuket is great Places as you proberly already knows

 

Funny you write about Myanmar....been there for a short stay about 13 years ago....and has given it a lot of thougts lately...

 

it seems to me that it MIGHT will be the new "Black" withinn a few years....so iam proberly not the only one that will loook forward to see what you experiences will be when you go there

I was in LOS,especially in the two towns already a few times,but ages ago. I was just wondering if average prices,Like LB,food,beer,tours Got higher or not and if something changed in the scene.For example,I saw that in CM opened a new LB bar Like the Phuket C&D.I should give it a try...
About Myanmar,I'm looking forward for this trip.Until now I found that LBs can be found in Yangon and Mong-La,but are Thai Nationals and also overpriced... If I'll find something interesting,I'll post it on the Forum.
Seeing that you'll be travelling by my same time,I already wish you a nice trip!
