Hi guys.

I am thinking of going to Pattaya in September and work from there for 2 or 3 months. What I am looking for is a flat/condo. I would very much like to be very close to Beach Road and preferably to Walking Street. My budget is about 15000-25000 bath a month. AC, is of course a must. I would appriciate any suggestions :clapclap:

Thanks in advance

And ahhh, yes, it has to be "visitor friendly" :D

Going Mid-august myself :D

planning to stay for almost a year...and are looking in the Jomtien-area as i prefer the laid-back approach there ;)

Thanks for the suggestion but looking at their website it seems pretty far from the beach/walking street?
