Yes, they are the capital cities of Malaysia and Indonesia, respectively.

If you are looking to go to either city to chase ladyboys then I suggest you refer to your own experience in Bali as an indicator as to what to expect . Cheers

The fact that both these countries are Muslim should give  you a good indication about the lb situation there. Both of these countries don't have dedicated lb clubs, and the police in both countries are quite strict with the lbs trying to work the streets.

 

Your best bet would be to try something like Vice Sister's or Backpages looking for lbs advertising in those countries. This will likely be more expensive than picking someone up off the streets, but you may end up with a better looking lb.

On the contrary, ladyboys have even been the stars of the show on stage recently though they have now gone back their usual venue, "Funteque" Wed, Fri Sat. Those lbs are not looking for customers though - they want straight men as boyfriends which we can see can be equally pricey - but different in practice. If you are a good looking white guy, and happen to go to their show, you will likely be brought on stage for an act. Wait until closing time, and don't be drunk. Again, this is for transgender who does not consider themselves prostitute.

During the night, ladyboys or shemales (locally known as Maknyah) walk the streets soliciting for sex. Find them at the night spots of Jalan P. Ramlee and along Jalan Sultan Ismail.

If you are brave try the Chow Kit area of KL.
I've had some very good looking very good performers there but it is a pretty scummy place with some of the worst rooms I've ever been in but hey you're not there to discuss interior decorating.
