Please advice me about the Kuta Bali LB friendly hotels and about their charge. What is the hotel policy there about the local visitors at the guests rooms? Thank you.

Best to email directly to hotel - get it in writing with response - usually no joiner fee but must book for 2 persons. If they want my business that's what I do.
