Rooms look spacious enough compared to other bangkok hotels. Location seems convienient soi 7. Management confirms its guest friendly. Wonder why no one has tried it yet. I'm having second thoughts. should I change?

It looks very new, and if so, that explains the reason why there isn't much news about it. There are all sorts of new or renovated "old" hotels around Sukhumvit now. Most hotels around the area will be guest friendly, at least for the 1st guest, but may charge if you have more than 1 at the same time. If you have multiple guests sequentially, (ie 3 or 4 over the course of the day), they probably wouldn't charge either.
Don't worry and if it isn't as good as represented it is an easy matter to check out and find another hotel that is suitable.

Located conveniently in a quiet soi so no walk of shame if you feel so. Best part is the front desk is on soi 7 but you can also walk through back entrance onto soi 11.
Didn't try food as there are so many other options around

I had never heard of this hotel until I just read your review. Just out of interest, how far down into Soi 7 is it and I assume its on the right hand side as for example, you are walking away from CIB back to the hotel. (i.e it must be down quite far to avoid soi 7/1 and Soi 9).
How much did you pay per night as well?

In the post directly above yours the price was 1725 Baht per night without breakfast. When WT sees your questions about the tub and pool, he may answer. Otherwise you can check on the hotel web site.
