If you are serious, our forum member, "Nikki" is a transgendered lady. Perhaps you should send her a private message for her thoughts.

Most of us here love and admire ladyboys....but we may not be the best source of information on how to actually make that transition. We tend to just really like the finished...or nearly finished...product.

Well....except Batman maybe.
