Three Israeli LBs in BKK on last trip. The hottest one couldn't speak English, the other two were annoying. Unclear whether they were open to offers.

I usually spend a fair amount of time in BKK's Korea Town and briefly chatted with a couple of Koreans who where in BKK to get cosmetic surgery on my last trip.
However, that was just a chance meeting in a coffee shop. I have no idea if there are specific bars where they hangout.
The LB pageants and cabarets do draw a number of them, but I haven't really noticed them in attendance.
Most of the Japanese newhalfs that I know are all very aware of the Thailand scene and a few have been there for visits.
